Tu A. Nguyen, O.D. is a certified therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. Dr. Nguyen enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He specializes in the treatment and management of anterior segment diseases including, but not limited to, Dry eyes, Conjunctivitis, Corneal Abrasions, Corneal Ulcers, and other types of “Red Eyes”.
In addition, Dr. Nguyen provides medical eye care for many ocular eye diseases. He enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses including RGPs or hard contact lenses. Dr. Nguyen also co-manages LASIK and refractive surgery patients. Dr. Nguyen stays current with the latest advancements in eye care in order to provide his patients with the best care possible.
Dr. Nguyen is a Houston native. He attended Westfield High School and then went to the University of Houston. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Nguyen earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He further his training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio where he examined the men and women in the armed forces. Dr. Nguyen also interned at Sharp Eye Consultants in San Antonio with an emphasis on eye disease management.
Dr. Nguyen is involved in various local and national optometric societies. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and watching the Houston Rockets play.
Dr. Teresa To, a native Houstonian, graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. In addition to being certified as a Therapeutic Optometrist, Dr. To is licensed as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Her training included externships at Cedar Springs Eye Clinic and Mann Eye Institute where she gained valuable experience in both ocular disease and pre and post-operative care.
Dr. To is passionate in providing comprehensive eye exams including contact lens fittings, LASIK evaluations, cataract assessments, and treating or managing ocular conditions such as dry eye syndrome, amblyopia, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. To also enjoys examining children of all ages and highly recommends that children have at least one eye exam before the age of 3 in order to detect vision problems where early treatment is necessary.
In her spare time, Dr. To enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends.
Kristin Y. Le, OD is a certified therapeutic optometrist as well as an optometric glaucoma specialist. In addition to performing routine eye examinations, Dr. Le is licensed to diagnose and treat eye injuries, eye infections, and eye diseases such as Dry Eyes, Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Cataracts, as well as many other ocular diseases. She also fits a wide range of contact lenses, especially those for hard-to-fit patients who need correction for astigmatism and/or bifocals.
Dr. Le stays current on the latest advancements on medical eye care as well as new contact lens technologies. In addition, she offers consultations and co-management for laser vision correction / LASIK. Dr. Le is committed to providing outstanding, personalized eye care to the Cypress area residents.
Dr. Le graduated as Valedictorian from St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, MS. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She then moved to Houston to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. Dr. Le completed her training and internships at the Eye Center of Texas in ocular diseases and at Hopping Eye Associates in primary eye care.
She is involved in various professional organizations including the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, and the Harris County Optometric Society. Dr. Le is also a member of the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce and is active in the Cypress community. Dr. Le is married to Dr. Tu Nguyen. They have two kids, Caden and Sydney. They are residents of the Cypress area.
