Dr. Kristin Le
  

Kristin Y. Le, OD is a certified therapeutic optometrist as well as an optometric glaucoma specialist. In addition to performing routine eye examinations, Dr. Le is licensed to diagnose and treat eye injuries and diseases. She also fits a wide range of contact lenses, especially those for hard-to-fit patients who need correction for astigmatism and for bifocals. Also available are consultations and co-management for laser vision correction. Dr. Le is committed to providing outstanding eye care to the Cypress area residents.

Dr. Le graduated as Valedictorian from St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, MS. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She then moved to Houston to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. Dr. Le completed her trainings and internships at the Eye Center of Texas in ocular diseases and at Hopping Eye Associates in primary eye care.

She is involved in various professional organizations including the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, and the Harris County Optometric Society. Dr. Le is also a member of the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce and is active in the Cypress community.

Dr. Le is married to Dr. Tu Nguyen. They have a son name Caden who is 4 years old. They also have a daughter name Sydney who is 2 years old. They are residents of the Cypress area.

Dr. Tu Nguyen
  

Tu A. Nguyen, O.D. is a board certified therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. Dr. Nguyen enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He specializes in the treatment and management of anterior segment diseases including, but not limited to, conjunctivitis, corneal abrasions, corneal ulcers, and other types of "red eyes". He also enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses including RGPs or hard contact lenses. Dr. Nguyen also co-manages Lasik and refractive surgery patients.

Dr. Nguyen is a Houston native. He attended Westfield High School and then went to the University of Houston. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Nguyen earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He further his training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio where he saw the men and women in the armed forces. Dr. Nguyen also did an internship at Sharp Eye Consultants in San Antonio with an emphasis on eye diseases management.

Dr. Nguyen is involved in various local and national optometric societies. He enjoys spending free time with his family and watching the Houston Rockets play.

Rebecca Pogue, ABOC
  

Rebecca is the head optician at Crystal Eyecare. She has been in the optical industry for over 10 years. She got her certification from the American Board of Opticianry in 2001. She has worked in many different modes of practice including retail, ophthalmology practice, and now private practice optometry. Rebecca is very knowledgeable in the latest technology with Zeiss and Essilor products as well as the latest trends in eyewear. She will help you select the eyewear that not only makes you look good, but also see "crystal clear!"
  

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, outdoor activities, and karaoke.
  
  

Lauren Montgomery
  

Lauren is our doctor's assistant and insurance specialist. She has been in the optical industry for over 6 years. She is currently studying for her ABO Certification. Lauren enjoys interacting with patients and helping patients throughout the exam process. She can be seen at the front desk, assisting the doctors, and even in the optical. She likes helping patients with framestyling and wants patients to look and to see his/her best.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading novels, spending time with her kids, and going to concerts.
